Modern and trendy room on the fifth floor, with super friendly staff 👍. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of vegetarian options available too. Plus, the location is amazing!

Very good location - in the middle towards everything and easy to find. Nice exterior. Attentive and polite staff, good service. Spacious, calm, clean, light rooms with high ceiling. Good value for many.
Interior like curtains, bedspread is a little threadbare, some towels are new but some are quite shabby and should be replaced. Breakfast is not diverse but it is not a problem since there are very good cafes and restaurants around and the prices are low. No music channels on TV:)

The standard twin room we stayed in was new-fashioned with breakfast. Very very nice staff made our stay comfortable.- The check-in was early; we appreciated the Irish bar.- It had a very central location close to Charles Square.

Delicious breakfast, lovely views, incredible location short walk to metro station, old town center served by # 17 tram ride to Charles Bridge or a nice 15 nibs stroll along Vltava River and a tram station served by trams 14. The very-very nice and courteous staff all round. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard room, plus a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and multi-channel TV. Generally good service with parking at the premises. Not to mention good wifi! Irish bar with welcome drinks. What an excellent stay, no complaint...

The hotel is situated very well. Close to a metro station, close to Old Town, but not so noisy. The staff is helpful.
There were to old towels for 4-star hotel in the bath room. It was the first time when I saw such old hotel towels. Breakfests are not of the quality as they should be in 4-star hotel. They have something strange instead of juces. During checkout a guy at the front desk short-changed us by 52 crones.

To reach the center you need to consider two options, zig zag way, or just Spalena street. It's easy also reach the river Moldavia. Hotel is really 4 stars, breakfast is genuine not so rich but good, very good.

Liked the location and the ambience. Helpful staff.
1. The bath tub in my room (Romm#504) was really small in terms of width and length. So it was kind of uncomfortable to bathe. Else the room was good value for money. 2. I was overcharged when I settled my bill. I was supposed to be charged 125.8 Euros, but was actually charged 134 Euros.

The hotel was very pleasant with a decent breakfast and the staff were very nice. Good value, quiet but still within walking distance domain attractions and with some good places nearby to eat and drink. Would stay there again and recommend it.
As we went in winter it would have been nice to be able to watch films during cold spells but there was only 1 tv channel in English. Just a small thing though.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The mattress and pillows had a good quality. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of products and the staff were always friendly and kind.
The pastry they offer for the breakfast could be tastier. The bath has a difficult access because was very high and not recommended for elderly. The shower should be higher, it reaches the shoulder to a person not very tall. Our room, despite of being a good one, overlooked two courtyards plenty of pigeons. It was a rather awful view
